Mykola Tomenko: the right way is the following: at first program and responsibility, then posts.
"Most likely, we will witness implementation of the so-called "Ukrainian scenario": to destroy everything at first, and then to start pondering over its restoration", - stated Mykola Tomenko, Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in the program at Channel "5" yesterday, commenting on the possible resignation of the Parliament´s Chairman.
He supposes that sudden initiation of the said issue by the Party of Regions and its support by the Deputies of the "Yedynyi Center" testified that President´s team would insist on holding early parliamentary elections and resignation of the Government despite the declaration concerning urgent necessity to overcome the consequences of financial crisis in Ukraine.
"Since only the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is authorized to sign the Laws, resignation of Arseniy Yatseniuk actually means non-working Parliament and early elections", - stated Mykola Tomenko.
Commenting on the chances of possible candidates for the post of a Chairman (Olexandr Lavrynovych, Volodymyr Lytvyn or Ivan Pliushch), Mykola Tomenko stated that at present he failed to see an actual possibility for each of the candidates to obtain 226 voices at the Parliament for their election.
